What we can and cannot help with
- We can: fix factual errors, clarify explanations, take suggestions for new guides, and answer general questions about how the site works.
- We cannot: give you personalised financial, investment or trading advice; tell you where GBP/USD will go; or carry out currency transfers — we are an information site, not a broker or money service. For why we don’t forecast, see our outlook page.

Accuracy matters to us. If something on the site is wrong or out of date, email us with the page and the detail and we will review and correct it promptly.
